Dress up as your sixie self day. Why did we think we were actually cute sixie year?! This might actually have been the most embarrassing day of my whole senior year. Walking down the hall in clothes I used to wear as a sixie. Ohmygoosh. It’s…yeah no. I don’t want to go back to those days. There were these pair of guy shorts that I used to love but I donated them a year ago because they didn’t fit AND it’s not my thaang haha. Don’t get me wrong, I was super comfortable the whole day and I like comfortable shorts, but what I wore back then. Never again. Ever. I even brought a change of clothes so I wouldn’t have to go to school dressed like that or go home in those clothes.

This is actually really sad, but I was told, “no offense, but you were reallly ugly when you were a sixie.” Thanks! Puberty did me well. Or better than I was before LOL

Who bought new shoes? ME. Ralph Lauren leather boat shoes. They’re gooorg, but their price wasn’t. $49 with the discount, so not that bad I suppose, but my wallet would have liked to to be cheaper though. I grabbed the last pair and I’m so glad I did, because another woman was about to buy it. I’m so lucky. They were a bit creased on the tops, but it was the only size 8 left, so I’ll deal.

I talked to a couple people to clear things up about which college I should go to. I huddled with Karen for about an hour, then Mompson for an hour as well. We listed the the qualities I want in a school and the ones that are important to me. It was clearly split down the middle, but Indiana was a better fit for me. I really want Indiana, you have no idea how much I want it, but after going home and talking to my parents (for an hour, it was basically an hour of yelling and crying (me crying obviously)), I was a little sure-er about which to pick. I asked my dad, if we lived here in Boston, and Harvard was all the way in California, would he let me go. He said no. I know this is all my decision, but I would like my parents approval of where I go, the school I go to, not the distance. But we’ll see.

At work, I was helping this French family (from France of course) buy shoes for this woman’s daughter. Her daughter had big feet. She was about 6-7 years old, and she was wearing size 5/5.5 in womans. That’s big feet. While I was helping them, the youngest sister (about 4 years old) turned to me and gave me this flower. It was so cute! I kept it…then threw it away haha.

Counselor appreciation dinner was good too! I got to finally meet My Linh. She’s so pretty. I told her she was beautiful, I hope she wasn’t creeped out LOL. Amanda’s baby bump is showing too (:

Starbucks with Mel before the inreach! Hazelnut and Java Chip frap. I think our inreach was amazing. Not to boost my ego for the work Prog has done, but I truly believe it was…fun I guess. I was really nervous because in the beginning, we had so much work to do and we all arrived two hours before the event was supposed to begin. Making posters, cutting out characters and making cubes and then decorating two hours before the show isn’t that easy. Not to mention that we still had to test out all the games to determine where they would all take place and if they would work.

Me and Mel emceed the whole night though, and it was a really good experience. It was extremely fun and just looking around the room, I was thinking to myself, wow. We really pulled through, because, well, we did pull though. The room looked great, people looked like they were participating and interested, I was really happy. The ice cream bar wasn’t bad either ;) We have some left over…so we know what I’m going next Friday LOL

I wish I took some pictures so I could remember this night, but I guess this is just one of those things where I’ll have to store in my memory!

Mompson also decided to scare me by asking me why I chose UMass Amherst instead of Indiana. Earlier, at 3, I was so sure I knew where I was going. Fast forward 4 hours, and I was literally in tears with confusion and fear. I just stood there, wringing my hands and crying because I had no idea what to do.

Last music night. EVERRRR AUUUGHHHHHH! So happy (: Mags has no eyes haha and Angela looks really cute. They both wore dresses and left me alone wearing pants -_- I gave up trying to dress up for music night…it’s no big deal. Me and Maggie sit in the back anyways. Who the heck is going to see us? Marge made a mistake on one of the last notes we were supposed to play and played it early while everyone else was silent, so it was soooo funny. Perfect way to end out high school orchestra career.

Look at this beauty. This is a tiger jewel on a clutch and I was like holy freaking cow, this is beautiful when I first saw it (a month or two ago). Ice Cream from UMass Amherst :3 I got Peach ice cream and Jenny got the Raspberry. I got a ride with her and her dad up there, so I didn’t go with my family, although while we were there, I thought, I would’ve liked my family to come see UMass with me. Whomp. Oh well I guess? Campus was lovely, but it’s so big and the tour sucked LOL. The guy only showed us a dorm, a classroom, the library, and that’s it. I mean like, hit the main points yeah, that’s great, but I’m literally going to get so lost next time I step onto campus alone…I need a full tour x_x Someone from Amherst. Help me. Haalp.

This one mother in the group though, you could clearly tell she had a…dislike for UMass Amherst. She kept bringing up the fact that they had a reputation for partying, especially Southwest and that it was just a “party school” and everyone smoked, etc. etc. I just though, I feel you, mentally, to the daughter LOL. We didn’t go through Southwest, which I’m kind of glad, because another one of my friends was actually there, and when they visited the dorms, people there were just chilling outside, smoking weed (that’s 4/20 for youu), shouting, Come to UMaaaaaaass, to the tour group. I found that absolutely hilarious, but that mother would’ve been like >__> haha.

UMass was lovely though, although I don’t think anything can top/beat Bentley JUST yet lool. (too bad Bentley’s too expensive for me though ): I haven’t even gotten my financial aid package from them yet -_-)

Lock down in Boston today D: I did nothing…and didn’t have to go to work ;) woohoo~ But that meant I couldn’t do anything all day, because the MBTA was suspended as well ): But Boston is safe now (: The suspect from the Boston Marathon bombing has been caught, and part of me actually hopes it wasn’t him…and just his brother. I mean like, imagine running for so long, and your sibling killed and whatnot. It’s scary and if I was him, I’d be on the floor crying by now, so, I can’t help but feel bad for him. Do I wish he was dead though? Uhh I can’t say. I don’t wish anyone dead, I don’t want another person dead, so I can’t bring myself to say that I wish he was dead either.

I went out early to film part of our movie project for humanities. A couple clips of David digging in a trash can, Jeffrey dancing in his boxers, and Jim pretending to live in a trashy place, we were good (for scene one). That took a good 4 hours lmaoo.
I had work today though -_- Luckily, for next week, they listened to my schedule change, luckily. They didn’t listen to it last time T_T But I only work Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays now :D Woohoo~ But that means less money ):

I was supposed to go to Mel’s house today for a meeting, but I was still coughing, so we decided just to vchat instead. It was a productive meeting (surprisingly haha).

Fruit snacks from Coscos though :D My mom got mad that I put them in the cart, but eh. I’ll eat them (: I was looking at food blogs and I was just like ugh. I want to start baking again. But I keep…procrastinating. That sounds so stupid. Who procrastinates baking? Me, I do.

Pray for Boston, pray for the victims, pray for everyone and anyone who was near it, saw it and the police. It’s so scary that this happened so close to home. Like…literally. So close to home. I thought I was having a bad day because i woke up again feeling horrible with another tiny fever so I couldn’t go out to watch the marathon. I’m so thankful though, that I was sick. That I have constantly been waking up to fevers in the morning for the past 3 days because had I not, I would have been out there watching, near the finish line before I went to work. There’s so much to be thankful for today and I don’t think my family realizes how much we have to be thankful for. My youngest sister was just like, oh haha, yay, look, there’s soldiers there. That’s not something to yay about. It’s something to be thankful for yes, but I don’t think I ever want to see what I saw on TV in real life or anywhere so close to home. It was scary. Really scary.
But we should remember that today, it wasn’t just Boston that witnessed something so horrible. A bomb killed 30 people in Afghan as well, we had it lucky. But no matter what the number is, things like this just should not happen. But it does, and that’s reality, and reality sucks.

My back and ribs hurt so much from coughing. I feel like I might just like…break my spine or something lol

No picture, I was too sick ): I woke up at 7:30, planning on going to service, but I felt my forehead and I was burning up again, even though I didn’t feel TOO terrible, I was like okay, I won’t push myself, go back to bed. I woke up again at 10 and I had this horrible headache and my forehead was burning, so I was like oh. Well I just won’t go to work then. I called in, then went back to bed. I forced myself to get out of bed at 12, I tried to eat, but I couldn’t eat much, so I went back to bed because my head still hurt. I slept till like..3 I think? Then went back to bed again, woke up at like 4 or something and went back to bed again until my headache went away. Woohoo~ Hopefully I’m getting better?

Belle of the Ball! I got prom dress number uno today ;) Unfortunately, it doesn’t scream LOVE ME, it just says Like me, but hey, it’s better than all the other ones there! haha. Like..some of them were way too…wacky for me haha. Waaaay too wacky. I do like the one I got though! it’s light blue aaaand yeah!

This morning, I woke up and I thought my fever had past and I was going to be perfectly fine. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, but I was so tired and felt like I needed to puke, but I just kept gagging so I was liek alwekrnwe. Let’s try punching my tummy to see if that’ll make me puke. I didn’t LOL. I couldn’t punch my stomach hard enough LOLOL. So then I was cry because I felt so tired, weak, and I felt like I couldn’t move at all, so I fell onto the bathroom floor and laid there for a good 15-20 minutes trying to convince myself to get up and that I would be okay (and that I was also going to die). Then I started sneezing and a spurt of energy came back to me. Luckily haha. I called out of work because I felt as if I was too tired to even move or do anything

Doh hey. It’s my sculpture from last year (: It’s been sitting at our table in art for a while now haha.

I got suuper sick ): I had this really bad headache and fever throughout the day, like…I was so warm, but I was freezing. I went straight home and took a nap to see if I could go to Teens later..I did, but maybe that wasn’t the best idea? haha. I was so tired during it and was burning up D:

Godiva chocolate…it was so good ohmygosh. I’ve only eaten one piece, the red velvet one, but uuuuugh <3 I love chocolate. I can’t wait to eat the rest :3 LOL

I told my manager though, that I was feeling sick and if she was letting people go early, if she could let me go. She said, why don’t you go take your 15 now and rest up…15 minutes isn’t going to make me feel a whole lot better..
